(151,886 posts)They will have different expressions on their faces when their new husbands say, "Bend over, Bitch!"
Right now, it's party time with flags for them. Later, not so much.

(2,815 posts)The right to vote is just that, a human right. It isn't for them to take it away from me and everybody else. These idiots believe in the old lie that women without men are homeless and subject to rape by strange men, and therefore they cling tenaciously to the false promises of right-wing men that if they give up their rights, these men will protect them so that nothing bad will happen to them. It is all a lie and always was. Men don't "protect" women from anything.
The threat of rape has always been the underlying reason these women vote on the right. Never underestimate this mindset, for it is crammed down women's throats from birth. Women are taught to walk on eggshells their entire lives, can't do anything on their own without men around to "protect" them from rape by other men, and therefore difficult to shed this way of thinking.
The cynical men pushing the anti-woman suffrage nonsense are yapping about the 19th amendment--impossible to repeal short of another amendment or a constitutional convention which are impossibilities--for the simple reason that women are far more likely than men to vote Democratic. If they voted GOP, they wouldn't be complaining about it. Men as a group will never admit they are politically stupid and have been voting the wrong way for decades.

(17,690 posts)Men are responsible for far more of nearly all types of crime. https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s/2012/crime-in-the-u.s.-2012/tables/42tabledatadecoverviewpdf/table_42_arrests_by_sex_2012.xls
So if they make such poor choices when it comes to the law, arent they more likely to make poor choices when it comes to voting?
Well we arent suggesting that. Guess we arent the radical ones.
