As well as cuts to the Department of Agriculture responsible for border inspections.
This is just the beginning.
USAID isn't (wasn't) "wasted on foreign countries." It protects (protected) ALL OF US from diseases and pests that that can spread from those countries. Not to mention the ENORMOUS value to "soft diplomacy" and limiting the influence of unsavory players on the world stage.
