Months after a woman in Florida was pulled over and cited for allegedly driving while holding a phone in her missing right hand, the traffic citation has been dismissed.

The issue is that once he realized his mistake it became a power trip for him and he still issued a citation.

What if the person driving wasn't an amputee and was cited for having a phone in their hand while driving when they hadn't?
