A Black comedian (Drew Desbordes,) popular on social media was mistaken as Erika Kirk by a generative AI chatbot after he posted a video where he dressed as a character strongly resembling the widow of Turning Point USA co-founder Charlie Kirk.

I can understand how the AI could be confused. Drew Desbordes looked just like her and had her behavior down pat. Sometimes, the truth just hurts.

2. Grok is an idiot. I had a long exchange with it once concerning a short video,

and it kept mistaking a large constrictor snake for alternately a tight rope and a bear, among other things. I think it's very much a reflection of its owner.
