What ICE Did to Alex Pretti Is Somehow Even Worse Than We Thought
The earlier incident started when he stopped his car after observing ICE agents chasing what he described as a family on foot, and began shouting and blowing his whistle, according to a source who asked not to be named out of fear of retribution.
Pretti later told the source that five agents tackled him and one leaned on his back – an encounter that left him with a broken rib. The agents quickly released him at the scene.
“That day, he thought he was going to die,” said the source.

Federal immigration officers have been collecting personal information about protesters and agitators in Minneapolis, sources told CNN—and had documented details about Alex Pretti before he was shot to death on Saturday. It is unclear how Pretti first came to the attention of federal authorities, but sources told CNN that about a week before his death, he suffered a broken rib when a group of federal officers tackled him while he was protesting their attempt to detain other individuals. In a statement, the Department of Homeland Security said that “DHS law enforcement has no record of this incident.”
So, assuming that DHS is lying its bureaucratic ass off—which always is a good assumption—at least some of the overripe guys in masks stalking the streets of Minneapolis knew who Pretti was before anything happened last Saturday. (Keep the phrase, malice aforethought, or “premeditation” in mind.) And then there's the new video of Pretti's killing in which the last shreds of the official government story are, well, shredded.
There's no "riot." There aren't enough people on the sidewalk for a decent hockey fight. An ICE officer walks right up to Pretti and initiates the violence. Then he and his colleagues swarm Pretti, who vanishes below a flurry of punches and kicks while onlookers plead with his attackers. And then five shots ring out, a pause, and then five more. Presumably, Pretti at least was incapacitated by the first volley, which means the second burst was meant to do what? Kill a dead man? Intimidate the witnesses? Everything that the ICE agents do in that video can arguably be interpreted as planned and purposeful. (Remember what I said about malice aforethought?) If all of them want to say that they didn't recognize Pretti as the guy who'd already had his ribs broken in an earlier encounter with federal agents, let them say it under oath in a courtroom as part of their defense against a charge of murder in the first degree. Maybe they'll be loosened up for a plea bargain by then.

No defendants were given any opportunity to speak.

One that was let out of a South American prison? 
Was Alex Pretti targeted by ICE before Saturday? After reading this account of the previous encounter the week before, this seems much more likely.
We need the NAMES of the SHOOTERS NOW!!!
Are they displaying ID's or giving verbal identity? Are they wearing police-issued bodycams?
If yes to any of these, then maybe it's local LEOs. If no, then they are probably CBP or ICE.
Law enforcement officers are required to follow procedures.
