It's Not A Peace Plan
Putin is already claiming the parts of Ukraine that he is occupying. Allowing Putin to keep that territory is a Neville Chamberlain plan, when he allowed Hitler to keep part of Czechoslovakia with the promise of no further expansion. What did Hitler do? he came back, took all of Czechoslovakia and invaded Poland.
There will be no peace for Ukraine unless Russian troops get the fuck out of Ukraine. Call it a temporary end of the war plan if you must, but it is not a peace plan.
