Nope, Krasnov never officially declared that he created a sovereign wealth fund, he just does it.
Krasnov has control of the purse strings, he can shift money from one place to another, he can stop money payments that were authorized by Congress.
More importantly, Krasnov is using taxpayer dollars to invest in private corporations. (Socialism) having the government take partial ownership.
Intel, a 8.9 billion investment into Intel which gives the government a 9.9% stake.
MP Materials, he invested 400 million in the rare earth mining company.
Lithium Americas, 2.26 billion gives the government a 5% interest in Lithium Americas and a separate 5% stake in the Thacker Pass joint venture with GM.
Trilogy Metals, 35.6 million giving the government a 10% equity stake plus long-dated warrants for additional shares.
US Steel, During the proposed Nippon Steel - US Steel merger Krasnov's cronies negotiated a golden-share agreement rather than blocking the transaction. This grants the government veto rights over plant closures, technology transfers, or ownership changes . It does not carry dividends but gives Washington permanent oversight.
Vulcan Elements and ReElement Technologies, Krasnov authorized a 620 million dollar loan and gives the government a direct ownership stake in the company,
Our Socialist president who cries bloody murder when someone suggests Medicare for all, which only would allow the government to administer private healthcare.
Krasnov used all of that taxpayer money without going through the House of Representatives which tells me, Krasnov has a sovereign wealth fund.
