There's never been a leftist or Democratic party movement which declared 'war' against republicans

Keep in mind that republicans are directing their threats toward millions of people in this country that identify as Democrats, and a sizable number of those who identify their politics as on the 'left' of the figurative political spectrum; against people living, working, existing without ANY connection whatsoever to ANY shooter or ANY plot or war against republicans.

No leftist or Democratic leader or organization has called for their followers to arm themselves against their government, and no Democratic or leftist movement or org has ever advocated for, or participated in, a violent assault on the nation's Capitol, as republicans have.

I saw a prominent political commentator this morning on the internet predicting a "MAGA civil war," as if there's an opposite force of Americans mobilized to do anything more than struggle to survive under republicans' determined push to take away the legislative and social progress Democrats and others fought for over the last century.

There's a MAGA Martyr War that's been repeatedly declared by republicans and their right-wing against millions of Americans, at the very same moment THEIR republican president is posturing to invade DEMOCRATIC-run cities with armed military troops on a false pretext of fighting crime, and on a phony claim of an 'invasion' of immigrants who are doing little more than working and trying to survive this republican regime along with the rest of us.

Democrats and others around the nation are literally under siege by their own country's president and party threatening to exclusively deploy the military forces we pay for in our communities and neighborhoods as their followers declare war on people they've never met as revenge for the actions of ONE boy who shot a republican activist in Utah.

All of the fake tears and cowering from a party that's armed to the hilt against their government, and now the nation, over one person they know that was killed is the height of republican self-interest and opportunism.

The 'party of personal responsibility' has devolved into a scapegoating, prevaricating terror group. Armed to the hilt, today's republican party is making clear that they're coming for YOU; all as an adjunct to Trump's promise to exact 'retribution' against Democrats having the temerity to hold him and individuals in his party responsible for their own crimes and malfeasance.

There is no armed, leftist war being called for or waged against republicans by Democrats. There is a very real and open war being fomented against political opponents right now by republicans from their president on down.

Democrats are at risk today from republican supporters feeling entitled and validated by republican politicians at the highest levels of government encouraging retaliation against people who not only didn't pull the trigger, but didn't know (and many still don't know) who the fuck Charlie Kirk was, or the shooter, for that matter.

Their reckless politics is going to get someone else killed, and republicans are the ONLY ones today (or any day) calling for 'war' or revenge against an entire party of Americans for the actions of one man.
