Double Jeopardy

We know of the cases where an immigrant has had an issue in their past and had slap of the wrist punishment as fines or such, but the Trump Administration is opening those cases as such as means to expel them out of the country over small infractions, as simple as a jaywalking ticket. Number of issues that a trial lawyer could deploy to stop stupidity.

1. Double Jeopardy. A person cannot receive additional punishment for a crime for which they have already been served or been convicted. Fifth Amendment.

2. Statue of Limitations. I am sure a jaywalking ticket 15 years ago is out of statue of limitations for the government to imply additional charges for the same offense.

3. Due process. Lacking in this administration.

Its a road that a path this administration is taking and we all fought a fascist war against the Nazis that the Trump Administration is using the same elements of Nazis ideologies.

We all know, the road is going to get far worst in the future. Buckle up!
