Secret Service and, in his black clothing, climb atop a white roof way within the perimeter the Secret Service was protecting? The one who multiple onlookers pointed out to law enforcement and were ignored?

And the one who was still on the roof and not yet dead when the photo was taken in which the Secret Service violates ALL of its protocols for such events?

You mean that one? Yeah. The motivations are a mystery.

I think he just wanted to be famous or connected to Trump in some way.

These people are also raised in gun culture and they see an opportunity like the large outdoor rallies and take it.
