Once again Trump fails this nation when it needs him most
I didn’t think anything could be worse than Trump’s first term when he said there were fine people on “both sides”, bowing to Putin over our intelligence and his Covid response. But now, when this country is literally begging for level headed leadership he’s doing nothing but stoking the fire more. Before Kirk’s body had gone cold he put out a statement blaming the “radical left”. Today when asked about the rhetoric he couldn’t even bring himself to blame the radical right. He said they are trying to g to stop crime, it’s the radical left that must be stopped. He couldn’t even bring himself to say we must remain calm and end radicalism of all kinds. He’s stoking this war because he wants it to benefit him. He gets off on people fighting for him. I’m sure when a Democrat inevitably gets killed in the coming weeks he will say, “what do you expect we have our people dying. Someone was eventually going to fight back.” It’s sick, he’s the single worst possible president this country could have right now. God help us all, stay safe out there.
