Cultural differences I wish were reversed

One thing I learned after following the fate of Korean celebrities is how little it takes for them to commit suicide. In truth, S. Korea has the 2nd highest suicide rate in the world. For some, it was just a dui that set the ball rolling. For certain it could become a cause for financial ruin if the corporations sue them for loss of profits. But you keep watching and see how negative public opinion can be the loss of endorsements even if the rumor is false.

I just want to put my two cents in to say how incredibly different the US is, the way some have gotten away with rape and human trafficking and nothing seems to take them down. Sorry, but our capitalist and political system sure promotes the worst side of humanity. Someone has to say it.

But IOKIYAR has been the rule for a couple decades now.

It is because there is a vast network of Right-Wing Media that amplifies every Dem scandal and minimizes every Repuke scandal.

Did you know Fed Board member and noted black Democrat Lisa Cook committed mortgage fraud? MORTGAGE FRAUD!
