they must all stand trial
i fully expect either him or his replacement to try and pardon every member of his fascist regime
after they are out of office they need to be prosecuted and any pardons ignored. if neccessary cahrge them under state las but they should never again walk free. lock them all up for life in the worst prisons they can find for kidnapping and any other charge they can bring.
