Vaccination requirements are already a state role. The CDC just makes recommendations.to the states.

States already control which vaccines are required.

Conversely, no state or group of states can approve a drug for use if the FDA won't.

We have a close relationship with Canada, too. Mane we can work out a whole big “new Provinces” thing.
