BREAKING: New 'Planes in the Air' Case with Planes Carrying Migrant Children Halted by Judge Today

To any of you who doubted that our courts and judges are working overtime to protect the people - *all* of the people - may I present Judge Sparkle Sooknanan, who just an hour or so ago, on a Sunday in the middle of a holiday, *stopped* the Trump administration’s planes from taking off *this afternoon* with untold numbers of migrant children on their way to be deported to Guatemala.

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS!

WITHOUT DEPORTATION ORDERS!

And guess what! The lawyer for the administration not only acknowledged it, but said that he believed that one of the planes was already in the air but, and this is important, unlike the last “planes in the air” case, at the beginning of all this, *this* time the administration’s lawyer immediately communicated the judges order (we’ll get to that in a moment) to the planes, and the plane that was in the air *turned around and came back*!!

Not only that, the administration lawyer, Drew Ensign, confirmed that all of the kids on the planes would be taken off the planes and returned to HHS’ care (HHS is responsible for caring for minors who enter the country without permission and without their parents)

What on earth would happen to those children after being dumped in Guatemala?

That sounds like Crimes Against Humanity right in itself...

That this indeed happens and is the beginning of fighting a serious wrong here.
However, these kids go to HHS?
That’s Wacko Jr, isn’t it?
Somehow - I’m not feeling very good about these poor kids yet……….

Which means that we may not even know how many times that they have already defied the order.

On the other hand, since the planes are warmed up, and the government probably paid a deposit, there's no sense in letting them go to waste.

So deport Miller, Vought, Blondi, PuppyKiller, and several others instead. To where, I don't care.

He is insane, we know that. Could it be he has split into multiple personalities and one of them is trying to out him since he won't release Epstein files, un-redacted?

He and his people are trying to traffic human beings, out in the open.

Arrest ICE kidnappers and go up the food chain from there. Include the for-profit concentration camp executives. Treat them as they have treated others.

these people are hopelessly depraved.

i guess someone in the administration was weighing the risk/benefit of flying a plane full of minor children to a foreign country vs obeying the Court and (reluctantly) doing the right thing. miller, noem, and homan were probably fit to be tied.

Trump's attorney claimed that the parents in Guatemala were asking for their children to be sent there. The kids' attorney pointed out that lie. Trump's guy sounded completely incompetent - no surprise.
