"My Fellow Americans",
When have you ever heard Donald Trump say those words?
More likely you have heard him say, "My Patriotic Republicans and the rest of the scum of America".
But, in my opinion, the key to victory for Democrats lies within those three simple words, "My Fellow Americans".
It is my opinion that the vast majority of Americans do not wish to be divided. They would prefer to be united toward a common goal.
We need to bring Barack Obama's speech out of the mothballs.
We are not a "Red America' or a "Blue America". We are all Americans.
In my opinion, this is the best message for Democrats to put forth.
I could write the speech for them if they want?

He does use it (even if he doesn't mean anything by it). I just picked out two examples. Those were not the only ones which turned up in the search.

The main point that I was attempting to make is that the best strategy for Democrats is to call for Americans to unite for a common cause.
Americans, in the past, have almost always voted for a positive message over a negative one.
Trump understands the phrase, "divide and conquer".
