The Constitution is very clear that "No person shall be denied liberty without due process".
The assholes complaining that due process will take too much time when deporting people are totally avoiding the point that Garcia, and others, were not just deported.
I don't hear enough Democrats making this point.

(10,216 posts)This rogue administration should be held accountable for these kidnappings. Bondi, Noem, Homan, all should be arrested and charged with these crimes if we ever get a non-criminal run DOJ again. Krasnov too if he wasnt immuned, but he should be charged anyway and make him plead immunity.
The DOJ should be removed from the executive branch and placed under the judiciary branch if we ever get the chance. Krasnov and Bondi have clearly shown that the President should not be allowed to pick the AG so they can gang up on the rest of the country doing unlawful and corrupt acts.

(2,957 posts)in my opinion the main point is that he was denied due process. And the secondary point is that the executive branch is refusing to comply with a direct order from the judicial branch.
I think that these two conditions lay the foundation for Trump to become a dictator. And I'm not being hyperbolic.

It's all bad!
Also, for now the courts are dealing with this issue and there's really not much Dems can do about it.
