Post Memorial Day Message, please read, forward and think.
There are millions of us who've taken or sworn an oath. We are often required to take an oath before we become teachers, elected or appointed officials, as we become members of a branch of the military, before we became police officers, as we become naturalized citizens, etc. In almost every single one of those oaths we have sworn to protect the Constitution. And we have sworn to protect our country "against all enemies foreign and domestic." So for the 50 million of us or so who have sworn an oath, the question I have now is, "what does that oath mean"?
Specifically what does that oath mean today? And that's a question you are going to have to answer for yourself. This is not a call to arms, this is not a call to war; this is a call to throw sand into the gears in order to slow down autocracy, and to grind fascism to a dead stop.

Unconstitutional, they are unenforceable and are illegal; yet some people willingly follow orders.
What is clear is that there are masked men, without uniforms or insignia, who are kidnapping Americans off the streets. These are Americans! They are kidnapping American citizens and shipping them off to concentration camps in foreign countries.
There are no arrests, there are no trials, there are no convictions, and there is no due process. This is clearly illegal, unconstitutional, and anti-American.
Remember, the people who sheltered Anne Frank and her family were breaking the law. The people who turned her in to the Gestapo, so that they could ship her family off to concentration camps in another country, without a trial were just following orders. It's time to ask yourself, “Which side are you on?”
