I guess that's what happens when you have writers who never operated a wringer washing machine.

What I see are two errors. One by CNN and one by the OP. That's all I can call out.

15. You are of course correct. I was just momentarily amused by the juxtaposition, no harm meant.

But really, people can do their own proofreading. With so few words to proofread, and it being in bold enlarged letters, it was certainly noticeable to readers. Even so, stuff happens.
