I saw this in a brief social media post this morning.

My point/the point of social media post:

Concentration camps in Germany proper, just not the main killing factories; they were positioned close to the ghettos in Poland for convenience.

so is Chelmno. Buchenwald and Dachau were in Germany. Mauthausen was in Austria, Theresienstadt was in the Czech Republic.

What does the location of Nazi camps matter?
