VA-GOV: Roanoke College Poll Finds Spanberger Leads Earle-Sears by 17 Pts (43%-26%)

It’s been a while since we’ve gotten a public poll on the Virginia governor’s race, so it’s good to see a new poll by Roanoke College (not my favorite poll, but we’ll take what we can get at this point!) out this morning (and no, I’m not taking the pro-Republican, pro-polluter, anti-Democratic “Virginia FREE” “poll” seriously…and HarrisX is “a methodologically flawed poll that often promotes a right-wing political agenda,” per the Harvard Crimson):

“In a still-early look at the likely November gubernatorial matchup, Democrat Abigail Spanberger leads Republican Winsome Earle-Sears by 43%-26%”

“For the first time in eight years of polling, a majority (51%) thinks things in Virginia have gotten off on the wrong track, while two-thirds (66%) say the same about the country.”

“President Donald Trump’s job disapproval rating (65%) is the worst it has been, including during his first term, while his 31% approval rating is low, but not his worst.”

I say we run winning candidates that match their electorate -- and Spanberger is the perfect Democratic candidate for the Virginia electorate.

4. Funny I heard on rightwing radio about "varying polls"

Another poll had Abbie up by 6. Them they said “…but a Roanoke College poll has Spanberger up by 17”.
I laughed because before I heard the second one I was thinking - does another poll have Sears actually up?
The MOE on this one is +/- 5

But I just saw a video of Karoline Leavitt saying he's more popular than ever. She wouldn't lie to me would she? I mean she wears a cross and everything. just in case.
