President Trump put a FOR SALE sign on the White House lawn with his crypto scheme.
Trump promised exclusive access to the presidency to the highest bidders on his memecoin -- throwing a lavish dinner for the 220 people who invested the most in his memecoin, with the top 25 buyers getting a “VIP tour.” How much did he raise? Nearly $150 million dollars from investors vying for a seat at the table and special access to Trump, with some of that money going into Trump’s own pocket.

This is a staggering conflict of interest -- a President enriching himself and his family in exchange for access.
Congress needs to act swiftly and decisively to end this corruption. That’s why I wrote the End Crypto Corruption Act. It’s a bill with a simple goal: to prevent the President, Vice President, members of Congress, and top federal government officials from engaging in these kinds of crypto schemes.
We must seize the moment. The Senate is considering the GENIUS Act to regulate crypto, and I’m fighting to make sure that we do not pass that bill without an anti-corruption provision. We can’t give Trump a blank check to sell us out.
