The "President" doesn't have "personal time". If he is not acting as Prez,

then he has to sign a letter temporarily turning over executive powers to the VP.

Jed Bartlett didn't do so when going under anesthesia in The West Wing - it was a sub plot. Someone always has to be in charge.

So if the Grifter is not performing his "presidential" duties while attending the Crypto Coin Orgy of Corruption tonight, who is in charge of the country?

Just asking.

Yes, it IS free time. Just because he was available 24/7 does not mean Biden could not go bicycle riding Bernardo de La Paz May 2025 #5
It is personal time, not "time off". Biden could vacation but switch into Presidential mode any time. Bernardo de La Paz May 2025 #4

No one. There is no president. Trump is just a grifter that signs anything the GOP put in front of him. So long as he keeps getting loot, he don't care. As for America, no one with power gives a shit anymore. No one.

A complete set up to give and receive information and staff to assist and monitor. If TSF wants free time, resign. Better yet, he can just pack up his gold trinkets and loot and disappear

The President is always available, but does have free time, personal time: time that is not "official duties".

The President can switch from free time to Official Duties any instant the need arises. That is why there is the complete setup that you describe.

TSF should resign but not because he needs to sleep or shower or eat or relax.

The President is always available but is not always doing "official duties".

Sleeping is not an official duty but the President can be woken at 3:00 am if needed to perform official duties. And no he does not have t sign a letter to go to sleep.

Careful what you wish for. His grifting dinner at his golf course is not an official duty and therefore is available for prosecution after his term is up. If you make it an "official duty" then he can do anything and never ever be prosecuted. Get real.
