(269 posts)since this is a budget bill other things like the judiciary and gun provisions arent allowed. Doesnt this have to be reviewed before the bill can be approved and anything that doesnt relate to the budget removed?

(10,188 posts)What does Krasnov have to do to make these judges take the next step? I mean, I hate this provision in the bill, but it doesnt really matter if the judges are always going to stop short when they reach this standoff. They just keep giving Krasnov more and more line. At some point you have to reel in the fish! I find it very frustrating this hasnt already happened. It just seems like yet another branch of government effectively ceding its powers to Krasnov.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
