since this is a budget bill other things like the judiciary and gun provisions aren’t allowed. Doesn’t this have to be reviewed before the bill can be approved and anything that doesn’t relate to the budget removed?

What does Krasnov have to do to make these judges take the next step? I mean, I hate this provision in the bill, but it doesn’t really matter if the judges are always going to stop short when they reach this standoff. They just keep giving Krasnov more and more line. At some point you have to reel in the fish! I find it very frustrating this hasn’t already happened. It just seems like yet another branch of government effectively ceding it’s powers to Krasnov.
