I just don't get it! Someone please tell my why so many people are afraid of Trump or like Trump or support Trump?

He is vile, a liar, unpatriotic, undereducated, ignorant, a big time adulterer, rapist, racist, sexist, corrupt, disrespectful, disgusting, narcissistic, madman.

I believe racism is a huge part of his attraction to many but some of the stuff he says and does goes way beyond even racism. I have never seen a person so hell bent on distributing as much pain and misery without compunction. Most people I know would be afraid to be as evil as he.

The media has the power to wipe him away with just several strokes of their cowardly pens, yet they won't do it. A few GOP decent pols have the power to obstruct the legislative harm he is doing and will do, yet they refuse to. Several faction within our intel communities have the ability to protect those who stand against his evil yet they are not willing to do so. WTF is going on?

1. Each phone call...

I end most of my phone calls to my rep and senators with—just tell us, what are you so afraid of from him?

2. He has successfully weaponized our justice system. The media

is beholding to the FCC which government controls them. Individuals cannot afford the $$$ to fight him in court. So basically if you control the media and the courts (congress is already controlled by corporations) you control America. Add to that the support from religion.....we are fucked.

3. They aren't afraid. They want what he wants so they support him 100%.

Republicans have always been like him, they just toned it down to make sure they could stay in office, until they saw he could get whatever he wanted by appealing to ignorance, hate, racism and sexism.
They no longer need to make cuts to hurt people and get rich a little at a time. They now get the whole enchilada.

6. I agree about that group of people,

but other people fear him because of the threat of physical violence. I got death threats in my small town 50 years ago for speaking truth to power. It was scary and I spent many sleepless nights. I didn't back down, instead I got the townspeople to rally behind me.

4. The "entertainment" factor. Especially with social media and reality tv type audience

Social media/ reality tv type influencers/ entertainers tend to be right wing.

This is total opposite of the traditional film, tv, music, arts etc where they tend to be liberal.

5. He controls the levers of the state...

...and that's very powerful. That's why those who have money and a platform, with few exceptions, are the most cowardly. The media has been cowed, as have been several big law firms because it's so much about the money.

7. A large group of people fear Krasnov

because they fear for their lives, fear for losing their jobs or losing their reputation. Krasnov is worse than a mob boss because he owns DOJ and the FBI and other agencies. He has the power to destroy people.

8. Back in the W era, a R neighbor of mine said the reason he liked Bush/Cheney

was because they got away with stuff.
