She did not explain why, but it is likely because of her ties with Notre Dame Law School. The law school's religious liberty clinic represents the charter school.

(42,440 posts)Should not have gotten to Supreme Court. It is abhorrent to democracy. First year law students would have unanimously rejected. Freedom hating garbage on the Supreme Court.
Do away with separation of church and state. Turn loose the assessors.

Weird the lack of clarity in the one page 'ruling'
