I watch the market twice a year. Daily moves don't interest me at all.

Across nearly 30 years, I have been averaging being up 7-12% annually depending on the fund. Some years have been good, some years have been bad. Some of it I manage ("set and forget" and some of it is professionally managed.
I never had the mental prowess or, frankly, the desire to try to time the market. I just don't care enough.

of the US credit rating and the dollar falling.
Whether the idiots on Wall Street recognize what is happening is another matter.
